Welcome to your private online gallery! By accessing, downloading, or purchasing from this gallery, you agree to the terms and services outlined below. These terms exist to protect both your precious memories and the creative work of Taylar Wildman Studios.
1. Gallery Access & Expiration Policy
Expiration Date: Your gallery will remain active for the exact duration specified in your delivery email. After this date, the gallery automatically expires and access will close.
Reopening Fee: Per your booking contract, if you request to reopen your gallery after the expiration date, a mandatory $50.00 reactivation fee will apply.
File Delivery & Backups: It is your responsibility to download, save, and safely back up your full digital images to an external drive or cloud storage before your expiration date. Taylar Wildman Studios is not liable for lost or un-downloaded files after expiration.
2. Image Packages & Additional Purchases
Included Images: Your booking contract includes a specific number of digital files or a set package. Downloading beyond your included package requires immediate digital purchase.
Payment: Any additional images or digital files selected through this gallery must be paid for in full prior to digital downloading or order fulfillment. All digital sales are final.
3. Personal Usage License & Social Media Sharing
Usage Rights: Taylar Wildman Studios grants you a non-exclusive personal print and digital usage license. You are welcome to print these images and share them online with your loved ones!
No Commercial Use: These images are for personal use only. You may not sell, submit to publications, use for commercial advertisements, or enter these images into contests without express written consent from Taylar Wildman Studios.
4. Protecting the Artwork (No Alterations)
No Editing or Filters: Every image in this gallery is a completed work of art carefully polished by Taylar. You agree not to add filters (such as Instagram filters), alter the colors, crop heavily, or otherwise modify the images before posting them online.
5. Print Shop Quality Disclaimer
Quality Guarantee: Your gallery features access to a private, professional print shop. Taylar Wildman Studios handles all quality control for prints ordered directly through this gallery.
Third-Party Printing: If you choose to download your high-resolution files and print them at a third-party drugstore or consumer lab, Taylar Wildman Studios cannot guarantee the color accuracy, cropping, or quality of the physical prints.
